There is that Autopsy show on Ch7 where they said Chris Farley wanted to die at the same age as his comedy hero John Belushi, at age 33.

He died at the same age but Chris Farley was far funnier than Belushi imo, a Spade and Farley Blues Brothers remake would've destroyed the original.

His brother looks like a twin.

He was hilarious in that Curb Your Enthusiasm episode where he stomped on some woman's little dog thinking it was a rat, reminded me of Chris.

A poor man's John Candy, was well on his way to being Adam Sandler before Adam Sandler.

I liked John Candy but he wasn't a funnier fat man than Farley, Candy was capable of being amusing at best, Farley was capable of being hilarious.

I can't honestly imagine a Spade/Farley version of TBB at all. How was Farley at singing and playing music?

Pretty damn good if this clip is anything to go by.

I was getting a bit carried away when I said that Farley and Spade could have topped the Blues Brothers original which is a rolled gold classic comedy.

I still stand by my opinion that Farley was a funnier comedian than Belushi, if I was picking my GOAT SNL line up I would have Farley in it but not Belushi.

Beverly Hills Ninja, wasn't it?

Haru the great white ninja was his last proper role.

He was pencilled in to play Fatty Arbuckle in an autobiographical film but they told him he had to stop drinking and lose weight and Chris said no dice.

That's one of the things I admire about him, he stuck to his guns right to the very end.
