The guy simply has it all, and has been amazing to watch for the MFC so far this season

- Extremely athletic with a huge leap
- Massive tank, can run all day
- Brilliant overhead
- Insane at ground level, especially for a 200 cm giant
- Tough as nails and throws himself at everything
- Can play all over the ground
- Impacting games despite being on the end of the leagues worst midfield
- He is only 24 and still has room to get better
- Looks like a natural leader

Just imagine how good this guy will be when our midfield is up and running in 2013 and beyond.

Is it far fetched to say that in a year or twos time Clark could be a top 10 player in the AFL?

And people say we paid too much for him,. Special mention to the senile old git Leigh Matthews who said Clark cant play forward and that Ben Hudson would be better value at the Lions than Clark would be for the Dees. Good call, Leigh.

Lethal's comments shows how short sighted and over the top the media are these days. Had one bad game to start the year and they wrote him off immediately and said he was over paid and that Hudson would be a better recruit and blah blah blah...

If we could get the ball down there more often then he would go pretty close to leading the Coleman right now. Just glad he is sticking it right up his critics.

His kicking is nice and straight when he kicks it out of the middle, but he can skew them a bit, probably comes with the territory being 200cm.

Besides that I think he needs to work on his positioning. He's not perfect at being the next kick away or leading at the right time. And his marking isn't quiet Travis Cloke.

A little prone to brain fades. Tried to handball off the ground in the Geelong game after taking a cracking mark and cocked it up. Playing on in the goalsquare in the Dogs? game and got nailed as well. Apart from that all good :thumbsu:

Mathews loves taking shots at us. w***er.

Seems like these days everyone loves taking shots at us. Easy target. They even want to make a big deal of Trengove and Grimes starting, for around 90 seconds, on the bench. Pathetic.

'It shows that there are no leaders down at the club'

'Yeeee OI reckon Gary Lyin needs to step in, bcoz they just arent doing it at the minute'

Hard hitting as always, Roosy and Derm.

His athleticism reminds me of Buddy Franklin a bit. He's a tall big bodied bloke with amazing agility, jump, strength, and aim. Of course he hasn't kicked a ridiculous nigh on impossible goal like Buddy for us yet but it wouldn't surprise me if he did.

'Yeeee OI reckon Gary Lyin needs to step in, bcoz they just arent doing it at the minute'

Always love that sentiment. No one ever says what Gary would actually do just that he needs to get back into the club. **** it, lets get him to play again!

That is exactly what it's like. Roosy I have some respect for but why Dermie is allowed on screen to critique anything at football clubs is beyond me. The bloke has no idea.

Homesickness. But that seems curable by money, evidently.

Honestly, the Lions did everything they could go get him to Perth like HE wanted.

We'll ask you again how he is when he realises he cant be dropped from the 22 and his work rate flatlines.

If he hadn't figured that out after the first 6 weeks he is an idiot. His Geelong game was the hardest he has worked so far.

Maybe he just loves it in Melbourne as a city and as a club :thumbsu:

Maybe. Maybe he would have also loved Richmond/St Kilda/Collingwood/Dogs/NMelbourne/Hawthorn if they were willing to throw money at him. Either way, I hope he doesnt do to you what he did to the Lions.

Not sure what you're complaining about. He was going anyway and we gave your club a better deal.

I revoke all criticism of the recruitment of Mitch Clark.

After watching saturday i can see that we have a guy who can lead a forward line into September, if we can get Watts/Jurrah/Cook/Fitzpatrick to make it and help him out ala Dawes/Cloke then we will be on our way.

I would like to see him take a one-on-one wrestle contested make, seems like all his marks have been run and jump on top of a pack.

Where is that ******** thug Leigh Matthews-i am still waiting for an apology after his ridiculous comment about Hudson being a better deal to Brisbane.
Mitch Clark will be a bonified star of the comp soon enough- you just needed to be at Geelong last weekend to see what he can do, fantastic recruitment from Neeldy- lets not forget that!!:thumbsu:

And carnies. Circus folk. Small hands... they smell like cabbage...

Glad your not bitter at all about the guy leaving haha

Steal for pick 12. Playing to his pay packet and then some with the horrible inside 50 count we are getting him.

I had high hopes for Mitch, but even ive been amazed as to his effort and what he has been able to achieve so far in such a pathetic team.

Loving his work, loving the Bears fans tears even more.
