Doherty has done well so far, without being a standout. O'Keefe did well in the A game but we'll see how X's figures end up after a full test against a full strength England.

The Aus A game was against a full strength England batting lineup, and he took 4 wickets in much less helpful conditions (not that today was brilliant for spinners, but there was a bit of grip out there, and there was nothing for the spinners in Hobart).
While Doherty has looked dangerous, I'll take O'Keefe any day. He has control which Doherty lacks, and he has consistently taken wickets ever since coming into FC cricket.
That's not even considering his batting ability (which shouldn't be considered, but is a handy bonus in any case)

That is a a statement from someone who has clearly seen very little of him. The concern with Doherty has not been his control but if his bag of tricks was big enough to get wickets.
From what I've seen, both in his ODD/I games and this Test, he has trouble sticking with his lines, tending to stray down leg occasionally. Doherty and SOK both have somewhat limited arsenals, relying on more subtle variations on a stock ball than doosras, toppies, etc, but from what I've seen SOK bowls tighter lines.

Just to clarify, you've seen nothing of his domestic one day career where he opens the bowling ad is the only spinner regularly tossed the ball in power plays.
I cant comment on today as I missed all but was also reliably informed by someone who has been on the field in shield cricket that he bowled quite well and bowling led side to Pieterson in attempting a leg side stumping.
