Will Snelling, he expected to get drafted? Don't wanna miss out on another Gregson type.

If Caleb Daniel did, Wills will.

ROund 3 onwards i would think. Great engine, tackling pressure and ball winning ability. Disposal could improve

2015 draft pool looks shallow but there's talent there to take

The championships showed this isn't the year to rebuild a list through the draft with a stack of picks, because the depth just isn't there. Some clubs will take only one or two live picks and upgrade rookies or re-select delisted players to ensure they meet the minimum of three selections at the draft
.

Gee if Port got Francis.......

Got a mention 32mins in with a response to my question:

Will happen early in the draft. Going to be interesting.

Will happen with mills who will be top 6 and Sydney won't have pick until after 15 then again with gws and hopper

If that's the case Sydney and GWS might look to trade in some picks for draft points. Sydney especially.
Both teams will .....reason is Sydney have mills and dunkley and gws have hopper Kennedy and even himmelberg ...all of these will be top 25

Gws have around 3-4 in their next 3 drafts that they would like to pick so will not want to go in points debt

Geez sounds like a shit draft with sides only expected to use one or two live picks. Wrong time to refresh the list. Thanks again Triggy.

Why are we trying to refresh our list? We'll do MAYBE four or five changes, with at least two coming off our rookie list. We might do two picks plus a trade and be done.

Darcy Parish would be the ideal pick for us but we may not have a pick high enough. He's the style of player we need and as importantly seems to have the right personality for our club. Will be a future leader.

He's the exact player we need but will be gone in top 6 I'd say but if we finish 10th or so we would be a sneaky chance ....Darcy tucker has slipped a bit and a good outside player , hasn't quite shown enough in midfield to be top 10 but might be just in our range presuming we finish 8-10th this year

I reckon the top 10 is stronger this year than last but after pick 40 there won't be much

Well five changes counts as refreshing the list in my view (I think it will be more than this personally given two retirements straight off the bat)

Definitely seems a good year to trade for some of the 2012-13 draftees we missed out on rather than draft

From what I've been able to gather thus far, this is certainly my feeling, a really good top 10-15, butt after that the talent drops off pretty quick.

Don't be fooled by our recent efforts, 5 isn't refreshing the list, 5 is average turnover, 8+ changes is a genuine refresh.

At this stage id suspect we might see:
Retire: Reilly, Pods +/- Thommo
Delist: Martin, Siggins, +/- Shaw (pending recovery from injury)
Rookie Upgrades: Kelly, O'Brien

So probably only 4-6 players lost to retirement/delistment with like 2 rookie upgrades, however I think we might see a couple of players traded out.

Would we take Partington if he was still available, I have a feeling he might slip for some reason...
