No probs Number 10. With Wellingham, Wood and others, the aim with them is not so much eliteness but consistency. Beams and Sidebottom are probably examples of players who we would be hoping to achieve closer to elite status. Didak gave up drinking alcohol after his suspension from the game and had a great season in 2010. Maybe some young guys need to exercise more self-discipline in order to become consistent players.

People expect waaay too much from 20 year old kids.

Funny that it took Didak, an extremely talented pick 3 in a draft, his 8th season before he became an elite midfielder. Yet people complain that guys in there 3rd aren't elite and consistent yet!?

Leon was a good player in 2011, yet his defensive short comings arguably helped us lose a flag....
