Onto next season, but I must ask is it time for a new skipper?

Perhaps one with more involvement with the SFA?

Or do I butter up and become more involved, show that vigor and erectness I once possessed.

The most highly anticipated afternoon of vote countery and award delivery is upon us, and as I look out across the empty ballroom, I would personally like to thank everyone that has made the effort to turn out here this afternoon to enjoy the festivities, it is a privilege to have been able to put this all together for the none of you and I hope that I enjoy it, being the only person here, I may just have to award it all to myself and move along, making it the most successful year in my career, but I digress.

Well here we are, the season that promised so much and delivered another Grand Final appearance for the East Side Hawks.
The season contained much controversy for the Hawks, incorrect team submissions and penalties hurt the side early, and a wave of inflammatory posts directed at the clubs “inactive” members, yet the Hawks fought through all of this to finish the season on a high and in the finals once again.
A mid season spike in activity lifted the Hawks, but it was the end of the season that saw a mass recruiting drive that is sure to change the landscape of the Hawks forever, but before Season 14 gets underway, it is the B&F for season 13 that needs to be addressed.

Tonight, the following awards will be presented, and as a new member of the Hawks, I have been asked to conduct the count and Emcee the awards night, so grab hold of something and get ready for a bumper afternoon of excitement or complete and utter boredom.

Wally Medal – Club B&F named after first ever club captain.
Biggie Medal – Best 1st year player
YOTC Medal – Goal Kicking Award
