I became a parry champion in my last DS1 run through but I'm absolutely struggling to get the timing right in this so I haven't tried it any further since.

I have Lone Wolf and Wondering Nobles
Been using The Wondering Nobles they help but I think they aren't strong enough and get taken out pretty easy need to upgrade them.
I've read The Spirit of Jellyfish works great against him so might hunt that down
The nobles are good for a distraction...used them against the dragon boss.

the class i picked Bandit is super agile and has good endurance, but the only minor thing is you dont have alot of strength so you cant use alot of heavy weapons for awhile im guessing but it has been funIm new to souls games. What would people recommend for a starting class?
I like to be an agile melee attacker. So the Samurai appeals to me
this is exactly the problem I've caused myselfMy fault a bit of pumping points into vigor early while I decided what I wanted to do

I didn't pick samurai but I've seen a bit of gameplay. Looks like a really good starter. Don't like the armour, but I wish I'd picked it.Im new to souls games. What would people recommend for a starting class?

and mostly getting wrecked. I'm inside the storm keep or whatever. Jellyfish didn't help me much with that guy. Used the NPC summon instead

Git gud scrub.Nothing like a soulsborne game to remind you how garbage you are at video games
I'm having fun though.
No, I like dying to the big crabs every 3 minutesGit gud scrub.
those crabs can get ****ed. Doesn't matter what level I am, they kick my shit in.No, I like dying to the big crabs every 3 minutes
I was cheering when I killed the first one, then the other 2 popped upthose crabs can get f’ed. Doesn't matter what level I am, they kick my sh*t in.

Used my summons plus the co-op one and slashed the crap out of him take that you piece of sh*t haha
I hope the dungeon 'bosses' get more interesting, the early game ones have all been absolute cakewalks with similar movesets.
dude, not much point marking this as a Margit spoiler if you're going to actually spoil later parts of the game that one wouldn't reasonably expect when they click on a Margit spoiler. The assumption is always going to be that you're discussing the main Margit encounter.Margit spoiler
I was in a later game area, walking away from a grace point when I hear a voice speaking to me. Voice sounds a lot like Margit. Then i hear footsteps closing in on me rapidly. Turn around and that f***er Margit is sprinting right at me. Already killed the bastard so wasn't expecting that.
So I guess he's like the pursuer from DS2. Scared the sh*t out of me.
