I had a hunch that Yeo should be used in the midfield (although in fairness, I thought his speed would be better suited to the wing).
Article over on the AFL Website suggests that it's where he belongs:

Yep. He's big, has clean hands, quick reactions and is rarely flat footed. Makes a big difference when he's at the stoppages. It was very noticeable too. I think thats why we all have praise for him cos he visually makes a difference

Wow, NICE! So does this mean we no longer need a big inside mid? Liking the Shuey, Yeo, Scooter, Naitanui centre square team.
That combo sounds so good, three very dynamic players in yeo, shuey and nic nat in there and we know with nic nat's silver service scooter can also do some offensive damage if he's not doing the hard run with role.

Yeo?Would still like some more speed rotated through there as well. Combined with a big body, please.
+ Great marking abilityAmazing what a prototype player who actually has 2 important attributes can do when he's in the midfield.
Height/size and speed. Something our entire midfield lacks. Chuck in his aggression to go with it and you have one badass mofo
Yeo?
Or this guy?
Interesting highlights package. I thought he was labelled as a KPD when drafted by Sydney but looks like a flexible player.
Could be a player that can be lured home to WA but with Richards and LRT nearing retirement I think the Swans would want to hold onto him as a depth tall defender. If he did want to come back to WA we'd have a fight for his signature to. Fremantle wouldn't be backward in chasing him
I think he will be chasing opportunity so freo won't be a desired destination . Lockyer has been playing on a wing this year and is tall athletic , a great mark and kick of the ball . Put him straight into the midfield groupInteresting highlights package. I thought he was labelled as a KPD when drafted by Sydney but looks like a flexible player.

I've been praising him since he was at Brisbane. Elliot likes me more. The Yeo bandwagon? Pfft i've been talking him up all season, saying how he has been underutilized in the backline.
I'm a big fan of Elliot. He's everything our team has been missing.
