I wouldn't say it's the worst team, not even the worst England team. This team does have ability but confidence was rock bottom after the tests and we don't have an experienced OD team, Colly and Freddie have played 100 but after that it's Strauss with 69, Bell 31, Dalrymple 19, Plunkett 17. Compared to Fleming with around 280, Vettori and McMillan with nearly 200. McCullum nearly a hundred. Then there is Australia, Churchy, Poncing and McGrath have played about 250, Lee, Hayden, Symonds have played over 100 and Clarke nearly 100. Their heart's are just not in it atm, they are shattered mentally and physically.

England have offered a number of qualifying contracts to international players, the question is will they have qualified in time for the next ashes?

will we see an english team constituted ENTIRELY of players who qualified to play for england?

Lucky LtD isnt a selector and we didnt drop Joyce, a fine maiden ODI century today showing the class and talent we always knew he had :thumbsu: (Although a bit lucky, alot of big scores are)

I never thought I would say this but let him back so he can answer to this rubbish he claimed only to see the 2 players he wanted dropped perform once they got settled into ODI cricket. Could you imagine players taking a couple of games to get settled

Contradicting yourself once again edward. Rip into Tait who is making his DEBUT but when its one of your blokes then 'give them some games to settle in'. You lack class mate.
Yeah like you can talk

Bowling is much easier to adapt your line and length as its the same ball used in State games whilst a batsman has to adjust from bowlers bowling 120 to 150+
