Commiserations Brum and Blackpool. I'm sure Birmingham will be back up soon, I hope Blackpool will but it will be a hard slog for them.

Very happy with our result at Bolton, and automatic qualification for the group stages champions league (I'll have to stop calling it the chimps/chumps league now). It's turned into quite a season for us, Mancini has to take a lot of credit for the way he has us playing.

Our best top flight finish in over 50 years, winning the League Cup, the future should've been bright for Blues. Somehow though we've managed to piss it all away. Alex McLeish, you have a lot to answer for, your constant negativity has caused this relegation. We deserve it, the way we play is a ****ing joke, it's soul destroying to watch this dross week in, week out. Thanks for the League Cup win but the future of this club has gone down the pan. We won't be darkening the Premier League's door for a long time. If the rumours about the finances are true we'll be seeing League 1 before the Premiership any time soon.

It was a great run for us considering the club imposed salary cap. At the very least we don't have any financial worries dropping back down.. although it may be a while before we go back up.
We can afford underground heating and the stadium finished now.
I guess we'll see how much Charlie Adam is worth now?

Looks like Blackpool are going to get a spot in Europe through the fair play league.

They'll be gutted tonight, but it's a small reward.

Might make the return to the prem a little bit harder though, 46 games plus plus domesitc cups plus Europa League for Blackpool and Birmingham is some season.

Wigan are absolutely amazing.

Looked dead and buried when they went 2-0 against West Shit but fought back brilliantly. They're the true masters of avoiding relegation.

Really sad for Birmingham but they should be back up fairly easily, providing they keep most of their players.
