EPL Draft - Spots Filled - Discussion/Banter Thread

Spots are filled for both drafts.

Just for a bit of fun, was thinking of getting a Premier League draft together.

Similar rules to the one run last year or the year before, but obviously you have to draft from within the league.

Looking at getting 10 people in. 11 players picked, no substitutes.

Draft order selected at random, and will snake from 1-10, 10-1.

Aim of the game is to win. Once everyone is picked, we go to a board wide vote. Purpose of going first 11 only is to encourage players not to hoard the best footballers. It's all about having the best team, not collection of players. No rules on formation, but you'll have to set one for the vote so keep that in mind.

As Shoei says, it's a bastard to manage if you're doing it with a lot of people.

Rules are as follows:

You're selecting 11 players to form a side. There are no subs, or any rules except for the fact that they must be contracted to an EPL side or on loan until the end of this season. We'll draft from 1-10, and then reverse that order through the next round.

When everyone has a team, you craft them into the formation that you think works best and we take it to a board wide vote.

The winner...wins
