We lack that Modric type in mid field. The type that can add an additional 10-15 goals over a season where a loss can be converted to a draw and a draw can be converted to a win. Think that is what may be missing for a real title challenge.
Potentially Eriksen dropping deep gives us this

All now with the likes of Moura going on with it across the front 3/4 as his replacement

Son will do the job too, as we all know, probably whether Lamela and Llorente can have an impact when it's their time to step up

It’s a shame you don’t have Optus because the match was a good one for Spurs.
Meh

I stream games when I have to when they're not on SBS/Talksport, or sometimes go to soccer pubs like The Impy/Squires Bar.

I only get up at 5am to go to gym/pool every now and then, preferred a sleep in today

Not the end of the world not having Optus, I make do. When I believe the time is right then I might look to invest in their product, but right now I don't believe it's worth it.

You should check out the Sportsbet app and see what games they stream live. I had a couple Serie A games in a bet on the weekend (Inter was one) and they let you stream the match live. Pretty impressive stuff as they always show a live graph of matches but this one was actually shown on whatever device you’re using. I am not sure if you would get lucky with Premier League matches but it’s worth a shot.

Bet365 does similar for other leagues IIRC

I'm not an internet gambler though, feel it's a bad habit in waiting so don't have any accounts. Only ever go to the TAB if I want to put a bet on.

That’s reasonable. Totally understandable. :)

You can't get pl through them.

Mourinho might walk out , rather than being sacked.
Zidane is lurking .
So?

Mourinho has 3 PL titles and can’t get this team to defend. Zidane inherited a team with Ramos and Varane.

You think he’s going to do something with Smalling, Jones, Lindelof, Young at the back and Lukaku up front, a man who struggles against the top 6 when he’s just come from Ronaldo who was better than a goal a game.

3 down 12 to go for DarkSaint to be right and prove Jodlington to be... wrong :D
Must admit, he's been impressive early. But you often see this from strikers. A purple patch followed by no goals for three months. See how he goes, but he was fantastic on the weekend.

Also, I woke up not knowing what result I wanted from the Spurs, United game. Obviously I love when United are shit and losing. But Spurs are a genuine title challenger so having them drop points is probably best for Liverpool.

I dodged the result and came on here to read the matchday thread cos I like the match to unfold before me as people talk about it. As the goals flew in for Spurs and the moans of United supporters started, a big smile slowly crept across my face.

That's when I realised I knew all along what result I wanted. :D

lol United.

So apparently drink driving is ok at Spurs.
Did Firmino get dropped after getting done for drink driving a few years back?

Disappointed my club didn't take more of a stand than that of a club who captained a DJ basher
