I remember it was all Matthew Knights' fault and they treated Ben Rutten just as badly. Surely it can't be a coincidence that Essendon players get injured a lot while a club like Geelong often have close to a full list to pick from. Toby Conway was the only player on Geelong's injury list in the back half of the season.

They are so incompetent. Basically since Sheedy left they’ve just self imploded. Boys club appointments, a view that they are still a relevant powerhouse, and an arrogance to match by not punting clowns like Dodoro 15 years ago.

Sheedy is one of the main reasons for being so shit. Stayed as coach way too long. Then hung around like a bad smell interfering left right and centre.

That'd be crazy. Pendles will be available in 12-18 months. Stick fat with Scott till then and then go the Lloydy / Pendles route and get into the modern coaching realm.
