I do not think Hirdy will give in and rightly so. A bloke of his character would not just fold his cards, if he believes/knows the players did not take anything banned then why should he or the club give in? Hird/club would not let this go this far without knowing we have not taken anything illegal, the only problem is we are finding it hard to prove. Dank still needs to come out with something surely.

I am a strong believer of fighting until the end and the captain always goes down with his ship, just hope our ship doesn't sink."

The self delusion is strong people....

Bomberblitz have a closed off section dealing with ASADA but if this comment about Ryder is anything like the average comment in there:

"
Sorry but if this is true... glory be Paddy. In the strongest possible terms. To bale on a contract is an act which leaves us more vulnerable than anything else which has happened in the last 24 months. Suddenly every single player can decide to glory be off if/when they please whining that "the club didn't look after me". Make no mistake, this dog's act (again, if true) has the capacity to consign us to 10+ years of absolute pain. He gets nothing but the worst wishes from me. And if he walks without us bein duly compensated then he is truly a skidmark who deserves no respect as a person. At all. "

cant find it now, but i wonder if Lance Uppercut quote regarding 'delaying the process, essendon winning the flag, and then having been found guilty, having that flag taken away wouldnt be a huge problem'.

as always, no consideration for the rest of the comp.

did i get that about right lance ?

Everything is nothing!
So what did they want. Give me a million bucks and for 6 days a week and 52 weeks a year I would have carried a sign saying how shit ASADA and the AFL were (I would have worn a mask though) and it would have been cheaper and more effective than essendon's strategy

Highly likely given your question makes no sense.

Am I glad my senior coach is taking yet another opportunity to improve his skills during the 2 week window between now and the start of trade/draft period... you bet I am.

This is a man that has been battered for two years over something that wasn't entirely his fault, in fact there is significant evidence to suggest it wasn't his fault at all.. and there are still calls for his dismissal from a position that he was performing very well in..

And yet through all this, he has remained dignified, confident and the ultimate club man. And now, in the midst of everything else, he has taken another PRE-PLANNED opportunity to further his skills, and potentially met two international rookie prospects, and he has to ensure 'supporters' like you taking another potshot..

Sickening.
I think you all know who this is...

Seriously, just when I thought this person couldn't get any more stupid...

Yeah 2 years of business courses, don't know how that'll help improve his coaching skills considering he has been out of the game in that period.

Wow, so the fact that his or his child's fertility could have been ruined is of no consequence. These people are shitheads of the highest order.

Obviously, Middleton is a Carlton supporter because his tie is blue.
Some people scoff and think it is over the top calling the majority of Essendon fans cultists but it is so close to the truth it is scary. They will attack anyone they see as a threat to their leader just like real cults do. You would think that the average person, no matter how passionate they are about their sports team, would draw the line at questioning the integrity of a respected judge. The amount of Essendon fans doing just that after yesterday confirm beyond all doubt that they truly are cultists and, worryingly, many are not well in the head. They are not far off becoming dangerous their delusion and siege mentally is that strong.

Essendon know what the evidence is. The people involved know as much as they can about what happened. If they honestly believe they are innocent now then I'm not sure how a guilty verdict from ASADA changes that view.
Essendon: Innocent until even after proven guilty.

You're not wrong there. They've even turned against Chris Kaias:

Looks like some satirical, tongue-in-cheek comments I made in here have drawn the attention of Chris whatshisface (the dude currently getting his 15 mins of fame by sitting in a courtroom tweeting).
@ChrisKaias still tweeting away like his life depends on it - we get it chris, afl/asada legit, efc corrupt campaigners, nuf said...
Let him have his 15mins, tomorrow it's back to irrelevant for Chris.
