Hey guys I know this has been down 1000 times over.

But can someone tell me the deal with Essendon public training seessions.

Do they have one on Wednesdays still? Times?

I couldnt find anything on there website.

Can you still just rock up and sit in the stands?

I know there was a public training session last wednesday which had like a free sausage sizzle to, but thats a ll i know.
