Given Essendon couldn't get over Melbourne last year, I am not sure if I would start bring other results into the conversation.

At least Carlton took responsibility for the disgrace and sacked their coach. Once again Hirdy's failings were forgiven.

I thought it would be a good idea to have a banter thread for this upcoming match against our evil foes. We have a rich history of hatred, mainly because Carlscum cheated their way to 16 premierships while we honest folk from Windy Hill did it the proper way.

Both teams sitting in the 8 and vying for finals this match has happened at quite possibly the most important time in both clubs recent history. One win a piece last season, Essendon's win we believe Carlton are still privately seething over, the return match didn't count as we had 90% of our list out with hammies.

So bring all your best work into this thread, leave the other thread for proper discussion and to our Carlscum friends, the drugs saga rules DO apply for this thread. Try and be a bit creative, if that's too difficult this isn't for you.
