bears2lions: Hair was bout to my waist, it grew to that length and then pretty much stayed there. I think there is a limit to how long most people can grow their hair cause the follicle is only strong enough to support only so much weight.

People from ethnic backgrounds have incredibly thick hair though, so I think the sky is the limit for them.

Wow! A big difference but both styles do suit you. Now, is that a birthday card signed by a Lions player hanging up on your wall? LOL, we have ours framed like that too. We have ones signed by Browny and Power. We also had one signed by Blacky and Drummond too but the little fella chewed it up when he was a baby. Shouldn't have left it lying around! Thanks for putting up the pics.

Here is a random rant, we took the kids down to Redland Bay and Victoria Point for a picnic and to pick up some stuff of Ebay, it is the end of the earth down there. I am never disappointed when i leave the Redlands it always makes me feel greatful near normal people.

Redlands is a city dude. That would be like judging the people of Hamilton based on your experiences in Inala.

I would take meth addicts over the bogans at the Capalaba McDonalds, the mozzies at Wellington Point and the whole suburb of Alexandra Hills. In a recent survey of the number 1 restaurant in the Redlands, Sizzler was voted number 1. Nothing more has to be said! But of course you still have the finest winery in all of Australia- Sirromet (worst wine in Australia) ha, only kidding the Redlands isn't too bad, it is still better than Logan and the Pine Rivers Shire.

Many years ago I used to work with the then Victorian Railways as a mobile shunter [Brake-Van Guard] on freight trains travelling out of Melbourne on the Bairnsdale and Korumburra lines and passing through Nar Nar Goon and Koo Wee Rup.
Interesting names, another close by was Poowong.

I like it! I am not going to touch this one though because i am a right to life person and want to support all people touched by the scourge of drugs.

I'm a Swans supporter, who lives out in South-West Victoria. I was referred here by a friend of mine.

I have been a South Melbourne/Sydney Swans supporter since as long as I can remember.

I also love my Cricket and heavy metal music, especially Lamb of God, Lacuna Coil, Metallica and Motley Crue.

I'll try and be active as much as I can be, but i am a member of so many forums, it's hard to keep up with. But this one seems friendly enough though.
