Already traded mine in and will pick up the GOTY edition later on. For a game built on a shitty engine with poor dialogue, rubbish story and no karma system, the price hike was a bit odd when The Witcher 3, the far superior game, can add huge expansions to it's season pass without bending people over for more money. You have your content mapped out and price the season pass accordingly from day 1, dont change your mind and up the price because you dont want the consumers to get a good deal for a change.

The whole giving you time to buy the season pass thing is just as bad. What if someone didnt want to buy the season pass until the first or 2nd dlc came out so they could get an idea of the value they're getting? No it's the whole attitude of forcing people to buy it now that rubs me the wrong way. Typical AAA developer greed.

That's what I thought. Somehow glitched & got 2 blasters by accidentally telling Curie to inspect the corpse just as I did & as it's inventory popped up on the screen she cleared it out. Went to get it off her & she had 2 of them.
500 rounds though still.

Now that I've finished the game and I flick it on for an hour or 2 of mindless killing every now and then, Preston's shitty missions aren't too bad. Better than just wandering on its own. I've still got a couple of guys to do missions for in the Institute but they take a bit of time to reset.

Glad I bought it for $45 before it went up, content wise I think it's one season pass that is worth taking the punt on.

I fast travel nearish to a quest I need to go to. After I teleport there is nothing around and I calmly jog to where the quest is. However, I glitched the quest due to murdering the person I needed to talk to.

So I reload the save from 5 odd minutes ago, and teleport again. Straight away, 3 raiders need to be killed. I run about 25 metres toward the quest, Legendary Deathclaw. Kill that thing, run another 25 metres. Radscorpion, and next to it, a Legendary Glowing Radscorpion. I have about 20 less stimpaks and 700 less bullets than I had last time around.

Nice to know the game enforces karma.

Whilst I'm sitting around twiddling my thumbs, I've been slowly toiling away doing shitty missions to build up my level and have spent the last 2 on the mysterious stranger.

How does it work? I've used VATS at least 50 times since the first point and not seen him. Does he not work in sneak?

Mysterious Stranger always seem to pop for me at the most critical moment, like when I was overwhelmed or the shit had hit the fan.

The robot building bench seems to be pretty comprehensive. Looks like you can have a bit to do if you've invested in the robotics perk (which I never did).

Also just found the spot to purchase "home plate", what a massive ****en jip to not be able to add it to the supply line. Absolute joke. Was going to deck it out as my new home with benches etc but ****ed if I'm going to cart shit manually there.

Home plate is a massive waste of time, I bought it, built a few things from whatever i could scrap in there, left and haven't been back since.
