The QI Elves (@qikipedia), quite possibly the only facts page that actually deals in pure facts and not just made up crap like most of the others. Run by the people that research for QI obviously.
ShitMyDadSays was good before it sold out. Now it's just used to plug the dude's books and shit.

Fake twitter accounts make it so entertaining. Otherwise it would just be too boring. It saddened when AFL said it would crack down on fake accounts, yet Relton Roberts, Dennis Commetti, and Allen Jackovic are some of the best out there. Better than some rookie telling me what he had for dinner.

Modern Seinfeld was good. Alex Williamson's is funny because it's so appallingly accurate. I was giggling all day at his one "I get Vietnam-like flashbacks when I go past nightclubs in the harsh light of day." I like @grthdvd because his band is cool and all he does is tweet about soccer and hating Michael Owen and Joey Barton.

I follow a lot of accounts who try and pack a lot of imagery into 140 characters. Some of them are absolute geniuses, I love how so much can be conveyed through one tweet. There's a lot more than this tiny sample size but Jesus Christ some of these accounts are dead set riots.
