Favourite win excluding finals

As the title suggest what is your favourite win in a home and away season. I know there are many wins against Carlton. One that springs to mind is when we beat St Kilda in 2008 just after Didak and Shaw got suspended. Was a great team game. A couple of debutants too. Another great win was the shallacking of Geelong in 2008. I couldnt go to the game and was talking to my mate that afternoon who was going. I told him not to give any updates unless we were 10 goals up at 3/4 time and I got the phone call. What a great night. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Was that the game at Etihad and Jason Cloke played on Brown or was 3rd man up and dominated. Was a great game. Sat level 2 behind the goals with some Brions supporters.

Beating Brisbane by 3 points at Docklands in 2002 (i think) was very exciting!

Also thrashing Carlton in round 2 2013 will be great!

the problem is that anything pre BF upgrade is nigh on impossible to find, so hard to bump.

As mentioned, the St Kilda '08, Geelong '10 and Brisbane '02 have all been my favourites. Although our away win in Adelaide last season is up there as well. Really tough game with a lot going against us but fought hard for the win. Didak and Sidebottom goals in the last were a special highlight to cap it off!

Two that stand out for me were against the Crows. 2003 when Tarrant kicked the winner after the siren was a beauty. And who can forget 2011, when we kicked 11 goals in the last 13 minutes to win in. There were so many highlights, including the Daisy torp, Tarrant's return to the forward line, Krak's mark of the year. I suspect I will never see a better quarter of football from the Pies than that.

I remember it really well, I was bloody excited!

I was shattered when we traded him to Brisbane, although we got a handy player in return.

RD 8 or 9 in 2005 when We Beat the Eagles when they where 1st and Undefeated and We where last with 1 Win.

Was Fantastic at the End to Sing the Song.

Round 8 it was, it was our coming of age game pretty much, the darkness never returned after that game, my favoutite game as well, got it on DVD and it's almost worn out lol.

100 per cent agree with this. Something clicked in that game that set us up for the next couple of years

Mine would be that game against Hawthorn where Fev hit the post in the last minute to lose the game.

I'm also very fond of the game where they went down to GC. Those would be my two favorite H&A games anyway.
