I think it was only the mother was there at the time, so lets leave the 2 kids out. But.

I said last year before we got rid of him, actually many times before we got rid of him that he is a sociopath. And got howled down. Go look it up people. Not a psychopath, a sociopath.

Anyone that knows what a sociopath is still think he isnt one?

And the cure for his particular type of sociopathy is anonymity. He needs to be sacked and dis empowered. In other words make him a nobody, make him get a regular job to get by and stop reporting anything about him, because he feeds off it. He honestly thinks he is immune and entitled. Show him he isnt.

The update sounds more like he was getting a HJ Kingswood in his car, and the angry hubby made the complaint. This is what panel vans were invented for decades ago people.

What would Voss look like in a wig and dress anyway?

If this is the case, thats makes it a bit different then.

Only repeating what they said on the news 30year.

He really is Mr September ...

Never again at Carlton, happy with our trade, we got the better of that deal, there;s not question of that now :).

He's a troubled guy, hope he can sort himself out.

Perhaps I am a moron but if Fev was there cheap I would at least want Carlton to consider it. Fev has his issues but in the right environment he may find himself. Carlton was not a great environment and perhaps still is not. However if the Club keeps cleaning up it's issues then it may be strong enough to handle Fev in a way beneficial to both parties.

sorry, but not perhaps.

I agree with 30 YB, he has signs of a sociopath...

Hmm... goes out to the car with Fev for something, kids come running up... sees something that no kid deserves to see and goes running to daddy.

Mummy screams indecent exposure and accuses Fev of flashing her, and daddy gets all het up about it and calls the paddle pops and the cops.

It all comes down to he said she said in the end.

If he can get one witness to back him up that she propositioned him, then he will get off (pardon the pun).

Either way, the AFL is going to react and crucify Fev for wrecking the AFL brand in QLD with GC17 just about to join the league next year. Expect to see Fev delisted as a player.

He will possibly sit out a year and then get picked up by the filth in the draft next year.

Where are the Fevola followers now? Come on down and tell us we made a big mistake...Surely his is the clown amongst all clowns...I really feel sorry for his family and kids. They are the ones really suffering.

There may be more to this than what is being reported but even if this was some sort of busted consensual act, it is not acceptable when out and about like this, especially given his form.

We not only have Carlton supporters that did not renew their memberships, but Carlton supporters that slammed Ratten, Judd and Kernahan last year over this. Is a rethink on the cards?

Then you have those opposition supporters that condemned us for not sacking Fev, then condemning us for sacking him, and those that blamed the Carlton culture for his problems, and said that Brisbane, Voss and Brown would sort him out. What are they saying now?

If I know this place, there will be bumped threads all over the place. Might be quite unsightly.

Sorry Dram but if it was a public place then it does not matter what the circumstances that led to it are or why, if he was deliberately exposed in a public place (and a car on a public road is a public place) then he is guilty of indecent exposure. The consent to view is irrelevant, it is the setting that is the issue because it becomes possible that non consenting viewers may also inadvertently view.

I think they're too busy looking for a responsible adult to supervise them with some sticky tape and scissors so they can put their membership cards back together.

It might be harsh, but this story is a massive lolz.

Suck it up Vossy! You gambled and lost, big time.

Yes ODN good call :thumbsu:

Oh please - as if everyone here can say they have never had sex in a public place? Usually though at night not at 3pm in the afternoon but there has been the odd occassion.

I reckon rather than speculate we wait and see. Remember Fev was accused earlier in the year of more bastadry and it turned out to be lies.

Theres always an apologist.

Sorry my bad, totally misjudged the guy, as did everyone else every time the tool found himself on the wrong end of a distasteful episode. I mean everyone assaults females at Crown, everyone at one time in their life has a few too many and urinates on a restaurant window? Everyone finds the need to activate a fire extinguisher at someone at some point or get a local in a headlock when representing their country overseas etc etc.....Yep all us not him.

Words fail me.

The problem for the Lions is they did not put a special behavioral clause into his contract like Swan did. Voss admitted this last year. So, if they want to sack Fev, it'll be very messy and costly and probably involve lawyers much like the Lovett case.

It's just amazing how stupid the Lions were over this deal. Even if they wanted Fev, they should have trimmed the contract down, put behavioral clauses in place, not alienated 2 players who subsequently moved on, and not given up 2 first round pick players. It's been a total disaster. I suspect the Lions want an excuse to wipe the slate clean and start again. But it might be difficult, unless this incident is unbelievably bad.

:)

Do you ever get tired of trying to claim the moral high ground?

Maybe it is a simplistic way to look at things but I subscribe to the theory that someone is innocent until proven guilty. Now as Fev was never charged over the incident at the Crown I find it hard to believe he r*ped a women or attempted to rape her. I also recall the comments made about him getting in a punch up with JB and physically assaulting another Lions gf earlier this year, which were quoted on here as factual but were absolute garbage.

Is it too much to suggest that we wait until the facts are out before judging the bloke? Obviously for a moralistic creton like yourself innocent until proven guilty is merely a convenient phrase.

Oh and for the record I think Fev is an immature brat and the club is better off without him and congratulate them for making a hard decision. But that doesn't mean I will bitterly criticise the bloke everytime an opportunity arises. I may be wrong but I seem to recall reading your religious posterings to another post before (correct me if wrong)? Guess you skipped over the "judge lest you be judged" and "treat thy neighbour as you would have him treat you" passages ha mate?

He will get done for indecent exposure for sure.

However, the AFL is said to be considering the decency towards women in regards to this and I reckon that he will get de-registered by the AFL and the paddlepops will sack him and tear up his contract, but if he doesnt have a stuff up clause in there, the paddlepops will be forking out a significant amount of money for the remainder of his contract in one lump sum. So their TPP is going to be screwed even worse for next year.

If they do have a stuff up clause in there, they could just be out from under the gun.

A few things, first mate, very rare a club or league suspends a guy without just cause (they would quickly run out of money from being sued). So it is just a matter of time before the rest of the penalty is announced (although we may not get all the sordid details). If he is also accused of breaking the law then he will get the presumption of innocence and get to plead his case.

And the person Fevola attacked on brownlow night did not wish to press it, and fair enough, there are enough morons out there that are apologists for tools like this that as sad as it is, it is sometimes better to walk away rather than risk recriminations from the unstable out there. It takes courage either way. He dodged a bullet there, sadly for the rest of the community, he did not cop his right whack. One day he will.

Dead wrong if you think you read religious posts from me, I am an atheist. I may have a moral compass but not borne of religious conviction. (Religions are part of the problem). So excuse me for that compass but I prefer living life with respect, self and from others.

I am happy to be judged by the standards I set myself. Am near 50 and have never been charged or accused of anything more than a traffic infringement. (Although a neighbor once asked me to turn the stereo down, which I gladly agreed to). There is a very good reason for that, and it aint cos I am good at hiding my crimes. If you live a moral life these things dont happen to you. Pretty simple really. I do treat others how I would like to be treated, and I wouldn't like a fire extinguisher set off at me or have my property urinated on or have myself or those I love or like placed in a head lock by some buffoon, I dont intimidate others around me with unruly behavior in public, I dont get drunk and make a tool of myself. In short I am not a disgrace of a person (I have called him this many times) and I dont defend the indefensible. Now if you want to call that some kind of righteousness you are free to, I call it normal responsible social behavior.
