OMFG EA is unbelievable!

A week ago I got an email saying I had multiple cases open, and they would close the duplicate cases. If I needed feedback, follow up in the open case file. Today I go on chat to chase it up again and I'm told my case was removed from escalated stage as I had added notes to it...

So now he says if I want to follow up, start a new case number...

Had a very lovely 2-1 win online just before with Naismith kicking the winner in the 86th, but ****, I'm leaking shots at a ridiculous rate now.

Schwarzer's doing well as an inexpensive keeper and saving plenty but decent strikers are running rings around my defense.
