I see this possibility more likely:
5. Sydney: Wins against Bulldogs and Brisbane (At home against The Dogs)
6. Carlton: Loss to Geelong and win against Fremantle (I just don't think we'll have the team mix to beat Geelong this week)
7. Hawthorn: Win against Freo and loss to Collingwood (Freo should be easy, and who knows for the last match)
8. Fremantle: Losses to Hawthorn and Carlton (May just have seen their last win for the year)
If Hawthorn do beat Collingwood last match it will just reverse sixth and seventh and we still play Hawthorn, but get the draft pick prior to them.![]()
Sydney are far from a basket case and playing their last game at home for the year, may just give them the impetus to win.
The Dogs certainly need this win if not for confidence alone, but I'll reluctantly throw my money on the Swans come the weekend.
Sydney are playing for Kirk, so that will be pump them up for last at the SCG. ..
The next trick is to get a final in Melbourne. BTW, we haven't won at the SCG since 1993.
I wouldn't be surprised for Hawthorn to beat Collingwood in the last round
Bloody oath!
It'll come down to the Subi game.
Beat Freo, and play Hawks at the G.
Lose, and return to Subi to play Freo again.
Apparently if Sydney get a home final it will be at ANZ Stadium.
Hawthorn have some wood over Collingwood. Prior to getting smashed by the Pies earlier this year during their form slump, the Hawks consistently belted the Pies for a number of years.

just let the wablues playWe could just send a reserve like team to Freo then return the week after with a full team and smash them to bits.
