Just because we haven't been to the finals for 12 years, thought that I would make a thread dedicated to it, discuss anything you want! Just has to be about finals!

We are actually playing them. I know we've known for a few weeks but this week and Sunday is going to be unreal. So pumped!!!

Pumped for it. Win or loss, this season has been nothing short of terrific. The fact that we still have so much to improve on, yet only fell a game short of Top 4 is something. Don't want to get to overly confident just yet with the next few years, but this could be the start of something special!

Thing that is a bit worrying for us i rekon is we obviously have no experience in finals, most of Carltscums list have all played about 2-3 finals.

Playing Sunday is good for the 90% of the team that hasn't played finals - Grigg?, Chaplin, Maric being the 10%

Sure the players have watched finals before, but this year they get to watch the 3 games before hand and imagine what the intensity will be like knowing they are next.

I think Malthouse will instruct his players to try and get under our skin as much as possible, it could be fiery.

Mick would know that the Blues won't go deep into the finals but if he pulls off a win in week 1 then he will be looked upon very well by the Blues fans.
