They do! I've only seen one up close as well (in fact, it might be the only one I've seen up close), and it was at last year's Grand Final open training.

Not necessarily a 'whale' cos they're not difficult to get but the prisonbars are certainly next on my list. Im pretty sure they sell the SANFL replicas at the port shop for about $70 and mum said I can get one for Christmas

Haha. I was just wondering why ethnicity was being brought into it. I know that coming from a youngster like Andonis it's probably very tame and innocent, and with no malice, but it's just an interesting thing to read.

It's almost like asking someone who has a Barca shirt if they're Spanish.

The Puma logo was printed on after the guernseys were made.

its just an ironed on logo. I've wanted to do that with a Port 04 jumper but never got around to doing it. Wouldn't pay more than 50 bucks for it

Yeah I remember there was this strange trend at the time where any bit of equipment had to be "AFL approved". AFL approved arm guards come to mind. I bet the bandages and tape used by team doctors were AFL approved as well...

Underrated strip. I think the white shorts work well with the royal and yellow.

I have a 95cm Sekem "version" of the original Fremantle away jumper. I say "version" because the previous owner decided to remove the AFL logo and the sponsors logo as well, but you can see the imprint/outline of them on the jumper in the material.

Have either the 2000 or 2001 Fila Dees jumper with LG sponsors too. Have worn it around for the past 10 years to watch games/a kick at the park and the likes.
