Went to Bunnings for only the second time. Had two hours with my helper today, so decided to get a plant for my neighbour who took me to the E and E Hospital last week and picked me up on Tuesday. Got a gardenia for her back courtyard.

My helper stayed at the hospital with me on Monday, just in case there was a problem. I told her to leave at 2pm if I wasn't yet in surgery. I didn't get in until after that time. The total cost for her driving me and staying for 3 hours was over $450. Thank God for my aged care package! She's taking me to my follow up appt in three weeks. Ca-ching!
