So the market opens I'm potentially up to $60k down on paper compared to last week thanks to that evil fat cow Gina Rhinehart.

And a cracked tooth I got fixed after a life time of grinding is now sore.

This year just keeps getting better and better haha

We got office chocolate here. In a filing cabinet. I have so far taken a crunchie and one moro from it. Thats like in 2 weeks.. pretty good from my pov

It's not actually anywhere nearly as bad as it sounds. The investment has already made me around $300k which is now mostly sitting in the bank, whilst still infuriating its merely seeing extra profit disappear and even then only on paper. A bit if a 'first world' problem.

Someone like poor Gary Ablett with his sick child, now that's a real problem.

I put on 2.5 to get back to where I was before changing the diet.

Hopefully get to mid 70s eventually, do it carefully though with proper food no point just adding fat.
