the triple seven uses hydraulic fly by wire so they can still control the planes flight, additional fuses are kept on board for engines and electric motors for hydrolic systems and even the turbines.

as long as they were running a 3 man crew and the boards themselves survived the pulse its in all likely hood that they could have restored almost 90% of flight capabilities.

unless they were in the midst of a complex manoeuvre the plane would not crash from an emp alone.

the only thing that makes any sense is where the plane went down is not in the search area. at this stage the emergency beacons should have activated.

The frightening part about all this is not that we will find the debris of Flight 370; but rather that we won't. If we never find the debris, it means some entirely new, mysterious and powerful force is at work on our planet which can pluck airplanes out of the sky without leaving behind even a shred of evidence.

To state that the plane simply vanished from the sky, is quite correct, on current information.
