If you look the "about" section on the website , you'll notice this claim ; the body will respond much better than it does to most side-effect ridden pharmaceuticals. One such example is how vitamin D is nearly 800% more effective than vaccines at preventing the flu.

The 800% claim is bullshit. But...

The basic claim that high levels of Vit D will be more effective the the flu vax has some legs.

This winter, we'll some proof here up against the new H3N2 heading our way. The flu vax will be next to useless.

Hehe. It's not that hard to do, especially during 30+ degree days - I probably drink 3-4ltrs rest of the year. Kidneys can process 1 litre /hour so it's no big deal. Most people are overloaded with salt anyway.

~ 1 litre in 1st half hour after waking(everyone should do this IMO), 2 litres during a 1.25 hrs workout and another 2 litres the rest of the day.

My entire water intake is from Johnny Walker scotch and coke and the occasional rain drop which hits my lips accidentally.

I'm no big city dentist but I believe the reason they finally added it in QLD not too many years ago was because they found the rest of the country (which has had fluoride for decades) had better teeth on average.
