It seems that only the gay community is.

It’s called a contract.

We ( Rugby Australia ) will pay you ( Folau ) a million dollars a season, subject to you agreeing to the following conditions. These conditions include clauses relating to respect for others religion, sex, colour etc.

The agreement is signed by Folau.

Folau contravenes those conditions ( multiple times ), RA say thanks very much, but we are withdrawing the million dollar contract.

If you don’t like the contract conditions, so be it, but don’t expect to be paid a million dollars.

Whatever your view on the Israel Folau it's difficult to accuse him of acting in bad faith. He believes what he says and he also believes he is acting as he ought. and not by hatred. If Rugby players can be found guilty crimes such as assault and still play the sport then this is pure hypocrisy.

It is racially tolerant. But generally speaking it offers two narrowly defined gender stereotypes, one for men and one for women. It is not very tolerant of people who choose not to try fit into those.
