Well unless any of the AFL players have been to a Maccas in Melbourne's north or been to a Meat processing plant recently, I'd say the AFL is as good as gold!
Do you know what asymptomatic transmission is?

clearly not.

1 asymptomatic covid infected italian man went back to his home village and infected 600 of which 80 died.

who have the people from the meat plant met and infected - who have those people infected.

how did they get infected in the first place.

Can't wait to hear the seagulls squawk with excitement at the Grand Final. Should really create a great atmosphere.
I think it was the gold coast mayor that was saying how excited he was having more AFL up there because he considers AFL a big event. He's right derby's and showdowns all on the gold coast is huge. Gee imagine all those seagulls. The AFL pumping money into those luxury hotels may help a little too I guess.

He said that having a crowd at the Grand Final this year was "less than likely"

That's the problem with locking in the location of the GF to one ground for 100 years.

How dumb would it look if SA/QLD/WA have had 0 cases for months leading into October (or whenever the GF is) and crowds would be allowed.
But because of the AFLs stupid agreement still have to play it in front of no one at the MCG. Would be shameful.

It's just a respiratory virus!

Kinda funny though IMO, especially if it's Brisbane v WC

Vic have tested 4.7% of the pop where as WA only 2.4% Of those tests Vic has a .5% positive rate vs WA a .87%. Its entirely possible WA just are not doing the volume of testing needed to find all the cases.

Thanks Donald

Didn't know the Australian Health website got their info from the Don Bradman of US Politics Donald Trump :)

Did say the six qld based teams will play among themselves, at least for the first block of 4 rounds. Many games will be 'neutral'

so apart form GWS and sydney, most of the victorian games will be all local clashes for four rounds. so back to 1985 with 5 VFL games and one in sydney

you'd imagine eagles and dockers games would be at night to beam TV back into WA

We should lock in 100 years for the LOLS

really, for most of those 100 years you will be able to watch 3d vision of a game at one stadium in another one elsewhere. your replays will be like the actual game not on a archaic 4k screen.

You'll be able to watch every major sporting event from around the world at your local stadium

Do members get their money back then, or should they be happy in paying the players to do nothing for 2 months?

Im expectind discounts for next year. If not I'll downgrade my level. Theres plenty of takers for priority one so the club will be OK

What about AFL members? loyalty not a feature there
