Finishing 9th and ready to enter September action, you dont **** around when a Ben Cousins is available.
I was listening to the draft on the radio and held my breath with every selection before us. Felt for sure and certain that one of the others were going to **** us up at the last possible moment, just like we have been shafted with Plugger and Fev. We have lacked class forever, now we have senior class and junior class. If you dont understand what senior class is, then think about why the likes of Tivendale & Hyde etc, forged AFL careers at the tigers and if they would have done that in any other team worthy of finals footy.

We have given a star a chance to show what the footy public love watching, ****ing top class footy and we have given us a chance to reap the benefits while he does it. The pluses are gynormous, the negatives for whatever reason are completely trivial.

naaa dude, kind of had reservations on this one, purely on a "is he clean" basis.
Once that was ticked, then we would have been totally brain dead, or better still the board would have, not to understand the benefits, financial & on field, the recruitment of Ben would have to the club.
Like a caller on SEN suggested yesterday, its the first time we have gone out on a limb in an endeavour to raise the team into the upper echelons of the ladder and it took an ex-tiger to get the ****ing ball rolling. Sheeds is a genius. Thats why eddie is ****ing spewing.

there is no doubt Cousins is desperate to play footy again because he loves the game, Unlike Judd who was willing to play for one club that offered him more $$$ than anyone else, the respect for the "DRUG ADDICT" ben cousins has been shown while 99% of the footy public has come to hate Judd from the way he treated his trade request
