What we learned is that D.Pearce, Mayne and MDB need to be dropped forever.

Against the Hawks we stand no chance with this lot in the team.

I keep hoping that our dip in performance is a result of Ross playing a little cloak and dagger and not give away too many secrets to the other contenders. That performance is not going to get us far come September.

super win. Sheridan was very good, 10 points Ross. Crozier worked his way into it and needs to play 4 quarters from now on, his kicking came good and that goal was superb. He really might be a player given enough TOG.
Mundy, Hill were excellent, Suban played one of his better games.
I like Griffin, he gives everything, can take a strong mark and will get better with each run.
A Pearce excellent again. McPharlin thrashed Riewoldt, Sutty not bad, Spurr had a bit of a howler.
Pav was excellent, Walters mercurial in very short patches.
Dan Pearce had a shocker, he really goes to water at times.
Neale steady without being brilliant. Barlow super.
Mayne . . . I just don't know

A lot of players well down today and we still win. Lucky to some extent but that's how it rolls. We've been on the other end enough.

Kudos to Barlow, Mundy, Fyfe, Hill, Suban, Pav and young Pearce.
