Johannisen being massively underrate here. He's been a gun for two years now, was a lock for AA this year before his injury. Even got 10 or so Brownlow votes despite missing half the year. Not sure why people call him an HBFer; yes he can play there, but he covers the entire ground. He's more like a fast Andrew Gaff.

On top of being lightning fast, he's also really strong, powerful, athletic and great overhead. Nobody remember the mark he took in the GF? A Dogs player's kick was going straight to a Swans player (Kieran Jack i think), but JJ came running like a bullet from 20 meters away and outmarked him overhead. He's a beast.

Based on form over the last two seasons, he's worth more than Brad Hill.

I honestly think so , Jj need to have another good 2017 season to demand a top 5 pick value . One breakout season is hard to judge his value. Dangerfield , ablett , buddy , fyfe all have at least two or more good season to prove they are valuable to other club. Too early to demand a top 5 pick , bulldog might not have a good season like 2016 or JJ might not be as good form as he is in 2016 in 2017 thus will definitely readjust his value.

The trade period is close , why not revisited end of season 2017. Not sure about your intention here, you never see me in bulldog BF talking about what eg fyfe , Neale trade value. Before this I am a big fan of how your team collectively play in 2016 but now your team fan base is worse than hawthorn after winning the flag. Opposition are welcome in this thread to talk about fyfe as a free agent . I not sure freo will entertain jj deal before fyfe contract settle in or after 2017 .
