It would hurt a lot more missing a premiership through suspension over injury. Injuries are out of your control while punching teenagers in the face is avoidable.

Thought about this a bit today. When he did what he did to brayshaw there was widespread condemnation from all fans of clubs, including north. I havent heard any objection from north fans about potential of him joining.
Gaff always looks that way, people are harsh on him ITT.
Think he's gone though and wish him well. Can't really do much of it's family related so hope North land him really. Partly because I go to a fair few of their matches but also because it makes their midfield look really interesting.

I wouldn't begrudge him if he left. It would be hard seeing blokes who got a medal you think should be yours every day. Even if it was your own fault.

Why are people making a story out of him being sad after the Gf?....do you honestly think his teammates thought anything of it, they were too busy celebrating and it's understandable for him to be feeling a bit down, the guy has been one of our best players the last 5 years and misses out on something that might not come around again
