Would have preferred him playing one more sub-standard game thus losing a ****load of value before being rested. Will come back and knock out a pair of 150s and it'll be hard to get him back.

Do St.Kilda have any SC relevant players that are next in line for Varcoe's rampage? Would be worried about Newnes if i had him.

I was going to trade him out this week, but with this news I'm now leaning towards keeping him!

I'd rather trade out players such as Sutcliffe and Minson who are facing immediate falls in value.

Would be surprised if Varcoe went to Newnes, he hasn't exactly proven to be the most damaging player for the Saints. Hopefully Varcoe shuts down Steven or Armitage and actually free Newnes up a little more.

GAJ -> Sloane
Goodes -> Oxley

Building a warchest for future premo upgrades. 28 trades remaining...

Varcoe might not play on him but could still injure him.

From: "We're confident he's right to play out a full game. He's coming along really well and will start round one"

To: "Yikes... we f**ked his shoulder up now didn't we? Sh*t! Looks like it'll be weeks now... Ooops."
Looks like it was more a marketing department decision than a football decision to get him in for round 1. The all mighty dollar trumps all.

goodbye my beautiful bald friend, you'll be back soon, miss the days when you can just put C on him and not stress, also anyone know why its taken him this long for his shoulder to heal?

I'm normally the first guy to pop a pill for whatever. But totally understand Ablett's position here. He's obviously not confident and wants to get the shoulder 100% before he takes the field again. It's a potentially career ending injury and playing through the pain and inflammation is not a great idea. That said if it were me I'd still be happy to take anti-inflammitories through the week.

I'm convinced that Vineys chicken wing tackle early in game 1 farked it again. Pinned him down, grabbed his wrist and pulled it back.

I look forward to you asking questions in the X vs Y vs Z thread. I will answer A :rolleyes:

If I drop a non-injured premium who has had a good average the last three years but a historically high standard deviation of scores after one bad game I hope you will...

Ahh, who am I kidding, nice trade, well done...
Not really, you just seem to want positive reinforcement as opposed to opinion so there is is.
Meanwhile, any word on GAJ long-term. Who would be the best midfielder you would trade for him straight up in draft leagues?
