well thought out choices? not giving into rusted on interests and personalities

The clubs that are perennially poor cannot blame it on the players, or even the coach most of the times. It has to start at the top. Flush out the boards, CEOs, recruiting and rebuild those first. Cook was an actually proactive move by Carlton, but the environment around him is probably too deep a morass for him to make much headway. Clear out some of the old guard and other anchors, then let proven administrators cook. (pun intended )
