Gee its going to be one big fall off the cliff for North when it comes.

And its not that far away
I think the cliff was 2 weeks ago.... Started the year with a bang & will be lucky to finish the year in the top 6

Adelaide would easily have the best talent spotters and development crew.

Gunston, Tippett, Davis, Dangerfield are heavy heavy losses. They have absolutely no business being as good as they currently are. Even their recycled players step it up like crazy.

They have no top 10 draft picks on their list.

Crazy recruiting.

geez jenkins is a spud, if he doesnt get over the top cheapies hes got nothing terrible footballer

tex has a fair boot on him

If only the Crows had kicked this badly when we played them.... 19.19 they kicked against us

12.28.100 to 10.7.67 tonight

Geez that score flatters Norf. And it wasn't even pressure from Norf that caused the missed shots, just pure inaccuracy from Adelaide... Crows had 40 scoring shots FFS... If they'd kicked like they did v us, it would have been 20.20.140, that's a 73 point win & that puts our loss into perspective.... Adelaide are seriously good at home

jenkins would be a 20 goal a year forward with out the joe the gooses

Well that's just a great response. Do you gave an opinion or is that all you are capable of? Sorry but I like them.
Its not that you have an opinion Plugger. Its just that I have never seen a post of yours ever agree with another poster to start with - ever.
Sure if you have a discussion people might start to agree and you will to, but you never begin a conversation supporting someones point of view if you agree with it.

I have been one of your biggest supporters since coming over but Im slowly coming around to the realisation that youre a machine created devils advocate plug in that must disagree with posts before any sort of conversation is undertaken. Its how you start every conversation and its getting boring.

New marketing from the Pies

North seriously needs some outside runners - once Daniel Wells is unavailable they've basically got great inside mids and no one to break lines.

How Suns stole 13yo WA star

An Esperance teenager, who has been compared to Brisbane great Michael Voss, will today use one of the biggest stages in junior football to stake his claim to a top-10 AFL draft position.

But Brad Scheer will be playing for the Allies, rather than Western Australia, when the combined under-18s team takes on Vic Metro at Etihad Stadium.

Scheer, 17, is one of the brightest junior stars in the country who has twice returned a carnival-high 17 contested possessions in his five matches for Queensland and the Allies.

And he appears certain to become the first member of the Gold Coast academy to be drafted to the AFL.

Under the complex bidding system for academy talent, the Suns may have to give up multiple picks to gain the required points to retain Scheer.

They appear willing to do that after making a long-term investment in the teenager four years ago when he and his family moved to Queensland to join the AFL newcomers.

Scheer’s departure before turning 14 meant he could not be registered by WAFL club Subiaco and enter the draft system as a locally produced player.

What am I missing here?

Could they just pluck young identified talent from anywhere before they were 14 and pay for them to move to Qld and join their academy??

There are plenty of posts I like so that would mean I usually agree with them surely. I doubt there is much point in just posting I agree if I do agree though. Its pretty boring just doing that. I agree with many things but I do make comments when I disagree. Surely the forum is for that and I don't usually just say I disagree, I give reasons and the reason for liking Thursday night footy was I get to watch another game on another night. The more games at different times the better. And if you are sick of me then just don't read my posts. I refuse to use ignore but I do ignore certain posts. It isn't that hard. My dog can do it when he reads my posts and he isn't a pure bred.

Poor man's Dunstan

It would be nice if true, but Dunstan got 15 contested possessions in only his third game. After 46 games he has not been able to repeat it.
Dumont has done it 3 times in just 12 games. ( once last year, twice this year ).

I can't help thinking that Dumont will be an inside monster in the future. While Dunstan will be Dunstan with a few frills.

Interesting though, Dunstan's best year was his 1st year when he still had the protection of one Lenny Hayes beside him in the midfield.

Dumont's numbers are good, but take out Ziebell or Swallow & his production would drop as more effort would be put into him from the opposition, as has happened with Dunstan

I'm not keen on pigeon-holing Luke as a 20-possession mid. He's still a kid thats been in the system for 2.5 years, has already had 2 bouts of serious shoulder surgery & learning his craft in a lowly team.

I agree with this post and happy to make a boring statement to say that I agree and I wil also press like. Too bad if others disagree with me because they don't have to agree or comment for that matter.

Agreed?

and your dog told me that he put you on ignore because you always argue with him.
