I would not be surprised if in six months time, Daw is seen as the cheap recruit of the year.

Not saying I'm predicting it, just saying I wouldn't be surprised.

If North play Larkey in the ruck for even five minutes this season, I'll be rather disappointed.

Could have just kept Majak and played him in that role. Why risk a promising young KPF?

Anyway, good luck to Daw the GoDees this year.

Lord knows my mob will be lucky to make it out of the bottom two.

St Kilda playing a tribute game for spud which is a great gesture but why did it have to be against us we are sh*t when we are involved in these games look at the Essendon one when they had the reserve’s team in whatever that was for started with walk to the G anyone remember?
We beat Richmond in the Hafey tribute match when we were terrible and they were making finals.

Won in Geelong for Enright's 300th, with no Hogan I think (Max dominated).

Chris Dawes and Jake Spencer played in that game lmao

Dat Hogan late out for Jake Spencer at FF down at the cattery win was huge.

ANB with 3 goals and Bernie blasting goals on the left from outside 50.

I sometimes wonder if we win that match if we hadn't have coughed up the St.Kilda match the week before.

May graded with mild concussion but Round 1 is exactly 12 days after the incident which allows him to play if healthy.

I don't care ...
Then goes on to list reasons why he cares

If a venue wants to open and only host men all power to them, same for the female equilavent
Why you taking it so personally? There's caring personally, which many of us don't, and there's caring about the PR disasterclass that could have been avoided - leftie PC bullshit or not.

He and Chunk had 73 touches between them in that game.

It was Max's coming out (more contested marks by himself than the whole cats team at half time) and Dunn did a great job on Hawkins.

But the job Viney did on Selwood was my biggest highlight of that game. Completely destroyed him, and one plenty of his own footy. During this exchange as they were both running to the bench, Viney asked Selwood why he bleeds so much. So good!

From the Captains:

Which seven other clubs do you think can make this year's top eight?
(18 times seven selections).

17 – Brisbane, Geelong, Port Adelaide, Richmond
15 – West Coast, St Kilda
9 – Western Bulldogs
8 – Collingwood
4 – Greater Western Sydney
2 – Gold Coast
1 – Carlton, Essendon, Fremantle, Hawthorn, Melbourne

Now that there's literally zero expectation on us as a club, will we stop shitting the bed under the weight of expectation and actually put together a decent season? Or slip back into the bottom 4?

Lol @ 2 for Gold Coast ahead of us and Carlton.

Those captaincy polls always toss up funny results. Get the feeling that half of them take the piss and the other half of them are too concerned with Fortnite/being Instaflogs to delve into any serious oppo analysis.

We will get to the byes in a great position, then everyone will start talking about how we're eyeing off a double chance. Losses to North, Adelaide and the Chinkapook under 9's will follow and our season will slip away as the Tigers unexpectedly lose to Gold Coast in the last round and we finish out of finals on percentage.

To be fair, I have heard that the Chinkapook under 9's have a really big kid.
