I saw those videos that had Aaron Davey as MC for Melbourne's part for the Sir Doug Nicholls Round and he still looks like he could suit up. He has kept himself quite fit since his playing days with us.

He played at about 75kgs, looks like he’s blown out to 78kgs.

Just got one of those builds I suspect.

I’ve got one of those David King builds unfortunately, kind of goes OK when you’re young and then ends up startlingly and disproportionately enormous as you age.

He'd be a confirmed starter for at least 10-12 teams in the AFL right now.

He could go to Geelong but he'd be too young for them.

It's amazing that he retired in 2013. 9 years on an the only thing about Flash that has changed is that he has a bit of salt and pepper around his face. Like he looks younger than a lot of AFL players. Maybe he's got a bit of Highlander/Valhalla in him IDK.

Whatever he is doing he is having a terrific time doing it. Hopefully Marley Davey gets a crack at it as well.

IF (big if) that rumour about Amon is true, Melbourne will have a best 22 role in mind.

You don’t target a relatively expensive free agent, when you need to re-sign Oliver, for a bit of depth.

And Amon won’t come if he’s likely to be sitting at Casey waiting for a chance.

If they aren't 100% sure Brayshaw is staying (And he isn't 100% until he signs a new deal) I see no issue with them looking at Amon.

I don't think we would be asking our players to salary sacrifice; and then going after a high payed recruit. If it turns out true, I would say our players are fully involved.
