WARNING TO ALL VISITORS TO THE GEELONG BOARD. You are - for the most part - welcome to discuss the current list management & trading situation at Geelong. However, this is our board, so be respectful of the home board posters & don't inflame arguments (make your points succinctly and move on). And if you're just here to troll, then don't bother or you will be enjoying a holiday

Richmond has the DNA to be a true dynasty, and winning a 3peat will be on their agenda; maybe even a 4play. I know we get this way about great teams, and things can go awry, but seriously, they won a GF at the GABBA, "easily" in the end, and next year they'll be back at home. We will not have the GAJ factor next year- possibly no issue there; I think it was over-reported all week. But we were as hungry as a team can be, with everything in our favour, except the team we played.

I said after we lost to port week 1 that if we beat collingwood we will go all the way and win the flag... In my head i was banking on us playing port.. And i feel i would have been right if we did play port. Unfortunately we got richmond. An extra 7 points to port and i feel we would be holding up a cup.

They are a very good team nobody can question that. Are they as good as us hawthorn Brisbane?? I’d say no... you look at the level of competition around them and there really is nobody coming through to take the mantle, a lot of teams seem to have been stagnating a lot of recent times and Richmond has just remained the same

I'll likely change my tune come next season, but the prospect of watching a Geelong team with Shaun Higgins and Isaac Smith lining up for it doesn't enthuse me. Would rather give games to some of our recently drafted youngsters in Stephens and Clark, than give first crack to other clubs near-retirees. Oh well.

the way I see it is if those kids are good enough they will find a way into the team.. I can’t recall one champion gun youngster we have who has been starved of games in the twos??

Joel was in from day one in a premiership team, Duncan too, Henry his second year squeezed in, parfitt played from day one.

it’s just a matter of them being good enough or not.

Anything about paddy dow ?? Recall it mentioned earlier we were keen.. Any mention of it now??

We need to fight hard to keep Sav. Hawkins is almost done and Sav is a perfect partner with Cameron.

Rather Sav than pick 12
He's not worth pick 12.

Though Stephen’s and Clark are our future
Higgins and Smith are the now and they might help us win a premiership within the next 2 hears
Stephen’s won’t, Clark can be apart of it though

Where did you hear this? I’m usually very positive about things you say but not long back your source was a Facebook page.
So forgive me if I’m skeptical
A Dog's Fan at work. I only mentioned it because he said something about Hannan before it became public.

What would it cost us to delist Jack Steven?
