At the end in early third qtr, we booed the hell out of the umpires because we were getting a rough deal and then we ended up getting 4 or 5 frees in a row. I found it so funny that the booing work. Start of the forth again they went back to normal, giving Melbourne everything. Oliver was throwing the ball, Keays got hit heat high and a Melbourne player I can’t remember ducked big time and got a free to kick a goal. If you look for Spargo pulling his hand away as the ball flicks it, it makes it easy to spot the instant it was touched. And the ball changes its trajectory from 3 frames before that.

And you can also see as soon as the ball goes out Spago turns for the ball in - absolutely zero interst in deliberate

The Crows in Year 2 of a rebuild vs Carlton in Year 20 of their rebuild have the exact same number of wins, that is 4.

But lets delve deeper into those wins, with Fun Facts time.

The Crows have beaten 3 teams that were in the 8 at the time, Geelong, Gold Coast and Melbourne, with the caveat being that the Cats were the runners up in the 2020 GF.
