Obviously, Richo is also done so I hope equal thought is being given to what combination of coach/footy boss is best placed to set this professional culture up. We really should be looking at people from Geelong, Hawthorn, Sydney, Collingwood, Brisbane (as much as it sickens me to say it) who understand how this shit should function.

I may be a minority but I would be open to Hird. Wasn’t his fault the sports scientist went off the rails at Essendon and clearly still has a good mind for footy.
