I guess which partners you prefer means which show you like more. For mine I prefer SVU as the overall show, I prefer Benson and Stabler as partners, then Munch and Fin just add that bit more as well.

SVU is way ahead IMO.

i've tried and tried, but i can't get into CI. goren doesn't fascinate me as much as he's meant to. i am looking forward to jeff goldblum joining that show though - that will probably make me watch.

Goren and Stabler are equally good characters. But Benson creams Eames, she's got nothing. She just dishes out the odd line while Goren does all the work.

If you have a character like Eames who does nothing, then she has to be deadset gorgeous. Yet she's not. So she adds no value at all.

Oh I remember Munch on the show prior and he came across as the same character, For the life of me I can`t remember it`s name. That was a great show.

because the original has had heaps and heaps of pairings so no one can probably remember them all.
Also I love CI and SVU but i'd probably say Stabler/Benson just over Goren/Eames.
Also CI switches teams with Chris noth and that other girl quite a lot. I think it's got something to do with Vicnent D'Onfrio not being too well.

Mmmm - I like that other girl alot. Something to do with the freckles I reckon. Pity she got up the duff and left.

I liked the concept of the original. Half an hour on the Detctives side - Half an hour in the court case. Always two lots of partners.
