Any grown adult shouldn't have to be anywhere they don't want to be on Xmas. I stopped doing the family thing years ago. While everybody is ripping their hair out running from place to place, IUB is cranking tunes and opening another stubby.

I remember those days fondly.......

Marriage brought in-laws and kids into the equation. Not so easy to avoid either on xmas day ...

the one positive is they show Bad Santa every xmas..

The shops are crowded ,bad music everywhere, There's crap on the TV and you have to spend xmas day with relatives who you haven't seen all year...for good reason.

Had two nappy leaks yesterday (not me, the daughter). First involved the tap shooting off from the pipe when trying to clean her, the second involved soiled carpet and books.

Haven't had a dirty nappy yet today. Hopefully it won't be another painful explosion but not liking my luck.

So the missus is overseas, asks me to book a hotel room for the evening. Get a good deal on a 5-star hotel (150AUD), perfect location, so make a reservation online.

I give her the details. She complains it's too expensive, after some heated moments I cancel the reservation only to find the fine print says they'll charge me 100% anyway... after a heated 30 minutes reservation is back but not sure if I'll be double charged. I'll dispute the transaction with the bank if so. Fortunately the damage will be limited to one night's stay.

Just while I'm on a roll, I'm getting sick of people who can't drive and all these new 40 and 50 km/h zones... and WTF!? Why is it 60 km/h on Bell Street?!

Just while I'm on a roll, I'm getting sick of people who can't drive and all these new 40 and 50 km/h zones... and WTF!? Why is it 60 km/h on Bell Street?!

I remember when Bell St was two lanes and a shit road full stop.

Or even on normal roads everyone goes 10k under the speed limit for no apparent reason, its not like that really adds much actual time to the overall trip but **** it makes me angry, and you won't like fool when hes angry

But seriously; more than half an hour after docking and with the last row of the last deck ready to move off, there's still one wandering across to her car at the last minute and taking her sweet time buckling the kid into the car seat while we all wait.

But seriously; more than half an hour after docking and with the last row of the last deck ready to move off, there's still one wandering across to her car at the last minute and taking her sweet time buckling the kid into the car seat while we all wait.

Inconsiderate campaigner.

Parents with young children are up there with the rudest c***s I've come across.

Also pregnant women. Carry on like they're the only sheila in history to have it up the duff.
