Corriander. It grows like a weed so I probably should not bother with buying bunches from shops but at the moment we've emptied and scrubbed out the pots (parsley too) except for the Vietnamese mint. As a result I bought a bunch of Corriander for a curry I made last night, It is totally over-priced and has almost no flavour.

How can Corriander not have any flavour?

How can it be sold for $3.99 a bunch?

What the hell is going on?

Hard to grow it round here as it just races to seed.

Yeah it just does that. So get heaps of seed and plant a large area and then replant it regularly.

Also try to plant it straight into the ground, as repotting it will cause it to bolt. Plant it in late summer and spring so the conditions are as uniform as possible and there are strains that are bred to slow the fowering process even in changing conditions. Try to find them and use them.

I contend that suburbs can have a large influence on driving style. If I'm within a few KM of home I can usually predict the moves of my on-road opponents. Further away it's almost impossible to predict what the other drivers are likely to do, like when they sharply change lanes on the freeway to steal a space shorter than their bloody car then slow down to 95.
