So it's not just us Australian, white supremacists who think there's a few chuckers on the Subcontinent

But Bedi does not believe Murali is alone, revealing his belief that India's Harbhajan Singh is also a chucker.

"He [Harbhajan] is not any different," Bedi told The Sun-Herald yesterday. "The ICC is turning a blind eye to both of them.

"A lot of people have questioned Harbhajan's action and they are right to. He has the same problem as Murali. This is cricket's greatest tragedy.

"Harbhajan is also surviving on the 15-degree allowance. They're having a ball, these bowlers. And young bowlers on the subcontinent are coming through and they are copying the actions of Harbhajan and Muralitharan. These boys will be Test cricketers one day and the ICC is going to have a hell of a problem."

He's right though - regardless of whether you believe Murali is a cheat or not; be prepared for the next generation of spinners to be a bunch of chuckers.

Maybe take the time to watch some footage of Bishen Bedi, easily the best off-spinner I've seen. His job was made so much harder because his action was so perfect nobody had to change the rules for him.

There's no doubt the next generation of offies will be chuckers. Who can blame them? The ICC say it's okay.

Harbhajan's action is a tad dubious with what seems to be an ultra flexible elbow, but he's not in the same chucking league as Murali.

It is only the off spinners who pose a problem. It is physically impossible for a leg spinner to bowl a ball porperly and chuck it. Where as off spinners gain more advantage out of having a bent arm and use up the full allowance of 15 degrees to get more turn.

The ICC have been terribly weak when it comes to this issue. Its been a blight on the game for the past decade or so.
