No, what has your club done to the guy who sat in the room with the players and backed the consent forms, who have over-sight of the entire program and let it, one commence, and operate? You seem to want to tell the AFL what is appropriate for their Doctor to do, but yours just seems to be able to get off scott free for being a key contributor in getting you where you are today.
