I don't know... I think it's probably a bit misused when someone like Nick Daicos describes getting drafted by Collingwood as surreal, when it's been destined to happen for years, but I think if you're a full-time electrician on Tuesday, and then Wednesday morning you have to go pick your tools up from a job site because you're a full-time professional footballer, it's at least a little bit surreal.
