won 5-0 this week. 1-0 at half time then just ran over them. I've got 1st now no one will be able to catch me. my league is full of newbies that have only been around for 3 or 4 weeks so my team wins easily each week.

Managed to steal a 2-1 win away to 3rd. Yet somehow drop to 6th. Should have 5th back by the end of the season with a small hope of 4th.

Am dead last in my comp. Have basically no chance of winning or drawing any games. It makes it a lot less fun

However I have 6m in the bank and a beavy of good young defenders. Hoping to build them up and then start selling some of them off.

I finished fourth in my first season and will finish third this season so I'd like to think I could have a crack at promotion next season.

As a defender trainer I understand the process is going to be a bit slower than had I trained playmaking. I think the game will become even more enjoyable when I sell off my current batch of trainees and have the money to upgrade my non-training slots. It will be nice to not have a disasterous/wretched midfield for starters.

Will no doubt celebrate their return by translating Hattrick into Swahili, Latin and Elvish before adding 15 new leagues including the Maldives, Palestine and Venus.

Hattrick is running again but the friendly I played earlier in the week has disappeared.

It looks like I've missed out on training for 5 of my defenders. Hattrick Organiser is telling me that only the 5 who played last Sunday got training.

What a load of crap!

I had a 4-0 win to guarantee myself a third place finish. Next season will be my third in division 6 and I'd like to be in a position to have a decent crack at promotion.

It appears that they went back to Monday or Tuesday and ran the match engine again. As a result those of us who were a bit slack and didn't have their friendly arranged by then have missed out on training for the week. It's a bit frustrating because I put myself into debt to get a solid coach a few weeks ago only for a hattrick problem to now deny half my team training. The good news is that the trainee that received a +4 injury in the now non existent friendly is fit again.

I spent 4 seasons in div 6. The 2nd season i could of went up but deliberately stayed down to strengthen the squad more and in the 3rd season i got beaten a few times by teams that decided to MOTS me. Thankfully i made it up after the 4th season.

Anyway, i had a comfortably 7-0 win in the league today and i've pretty much assured myself of staying in div V. I am sitting 4th and play 3rd next week, if i beat him i can finish 2nd or 3rd which would be a great achievement for me.

It's not really a tough league but over the past couple of seasons I've had to put up with teams that have been in the division since 2004. It doesn't matter how crap you are as a manager, if you've been in the game that long you'd have at least have accumulated enough money to make your squad better than a team that has been around for 6 months. Even now there's an idiot that logs in only once every 6 weeks, just long enough to not lose his team, and his midfield is far better than anything I can manage. He doesn't even do anything.

I'm happy though. I've had the opportunity to start in Division 6 in a league full of human teams and put together a squad that will hopefully be competitive when I do finally get promoted.

I love my formidable defenders.

I know I won't be able to achieve much in hattrick until I upgrade my midfield but I'm forcing myself to be patient.

Krijgsman and Neilsen are both formidable. From is probably the best prospect because he's only 18, a couple of weeks from becoming formidable and has solid passing. The rest are all at least excellent apart from a couple that I picked up cheap and are getting sold after their first pop next season.
